Otkako sme nabavile i dobro iscistile 2.5 do 3 kg kopani od kokoska gi ostavame na strana. Vo dlabog sad stavame 150gr senf i dve supeni lazici slatko od grozje bez zrna od grozje i dobro go promesuvame. Smesata ja zacinuvame so 40gr zacin za pecena kokoska , sol i biber melen po vkus. Dodavame uste 100ml maslo od palma i seta smesa ja mesame dodeka sostojkite dobro ne se spojat.
Sekoj kopan go potopuvame vo prigotvenata smesa i go mackame so nejze od site srani i go postavuvame vo tavata vo koj ke se pece istoto toa go povtoruvame so site kopani i na krajot ako se uste ima ne iskoristena smesa so nejze gi prelivame kopanite vo tavata . Ja stavame tavata so kopanite vo frizider da presedi izvesno vreme. Ne pomalku od 30min a ni poveke od 3h .
Vo zagreanata relna na 250* ja stavame tavata so kopanite da se pecat.Se peci na temperatura od 200*. Pecenjeto trae okolu 60min ili dodeka od gornata strana kopanite ne zafatat koricka ili se potpecat. Gi prevrtuvame kopanite i gi pecime uste 30min ili dodeka ne se potpecat i od ova strana.
Dodeka trae pecenjeto nekolku pati treba da gi naturuvame kopanite od sosot vo koj se pecat.
